Administration
A series of administration reports will help you maintain control over configurations settings in Visual Utility Billing (VUB). All can be viewed on screen and printed.
These are the standard maintenance reports available:
- A report on the billing rates you have established for each service and service type.
- A list of all municipal codes used and the description associated with each code.
- A list of all district codes used and the description associated with each.
- A list of all service types you have established and the description associated with each.
- A list of all status codes you have established and the description associated with each.
- A list of all transaction codes you have established and the description associated with each.
- A list of all third-party payment locations along with the GL numbers related to each.
- A list of all billing cycles you have established and the description associated with each.
- A list of all bill types you have established and the description associated with each.
- A list of all GL accounts used and the description associated with each
