Customer Reports
Complete customer reports can be sorted by Customer Number, Name, District, Municipality, Billing Cycle, Route & Sequence, and Zip Code. These reports can also be limited to include only specific Bill Types & Services, Municipalities, Districts, Billing Cycle, Status Code, and Route.

- This sample report is ordered by Customer Number.
- Visual Utility Billing (VUB) will also create standard mailing labels for almost any customer group.
- A detailed report of customers by District.
- A report of owners and tenants for non-owner occupied properties.
- A report of deposits received, refunds paid with a deposit account balance.
- A report of customers to whom you have assigned a surcharge or extra bill amount.
- A report of customers to whom you have assigned a default bill amount.
- A report of any properties against which you have placed a
