Visual Utility Billing (VUB) makes fast and easy work out of payment processing.  VUB gives you the tools you need to accept individual cash or check payments, bulk payments from banks, collection agents or even direct debit customers' accounts.  Just follow a simple process.

  • Begin by selecting the posting date and the period to which you wish to credit a payment.

  • Select a customer and post payments individually, or in bulk (import file from bank or agent).  Either way, VUB makes it fast and easy.
  • Print a report showing payments and the deposit amount by bank account (water deposit, sewer deposit). 
  • Click the update button.

  • Bar Code Technology, printed the return coupon,  allows fast and accurate entry of payments.  Easy to Use. Inexpensive.
  • Check Scanner and Remittance Software.  The scanner will read both the payment coupon & the check.  The system will "read" the documents (account #, amount paid) and save the images. 

    Payment data is passed back to the billing system.  Images of the check & Stub are saved for fast and easy retrieval. The Check Images can be transmitted to the bank for  Check 21 Processing.
