A series of reports are available to help you keep track of all of your daily activities. All can be viewed on screen and printed. Many can be exported to text, spreadsheet or database files for additional processing.

These are the standard daily processing reports available:

  • Separate reports are available for daily billing, daily receipts, daily adjustments, daily penalties, and daily interest. Each can be sorted by Customer Number, District, Municipality, Bill Type, Bill Cycle or Payment Location.


  • Billing exception reports help you spot errors or stay on top of potential problems. Deviation reports are available for Consumption and Bill Amount. Reports are also available to flag Zero Readings, Current = Previous, Current < Previous, and Re-Reads.
