Project Management

At Visual Utility Billing (VUB), we know the success of any automation project is dependent upon the formation of a close working relationship between customer and software provider. This is why we believe the single most important first step is the creation of a Project Work Plan, which will allow each party to identify and accept their individual and joint responsibilities.

The Project Work Plan will identify each step in the process, who will be assigned responsibility for each task, and approximately how much time will be required to accomplish each task. Tasks will be listed in chronological order so that each party will understand what needs to be done in what order and by whom. As the contract progresses, specific due dates will be assigned to each task to further strengthen management oversight and control of the project.
